Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans to address their needs.
- Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercises, modalities, and education, to help patients achieve their goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
