• Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, including reviewing and complying with state, federal, and company policies.
• Process prescriptions, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine, and checking for possible interactions.
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development, including PTCB certification and continuing education credits.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
