Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Process guest transactions and reconcile discrepancies
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports and revenue summaries
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including responding to guest requests and resolving issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the front desk and surrounding areas
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a hotel or hospitality-related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic arithmetic functions
