Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate sourcing and vetting through various channels to attract, develop, train, and retain top talent.
  • Coordinating new hire employee orientation and training, ensuring compliance with corporate and industry standards.
  • Coordinating all onboarding directly with employees, including tracking and documenting training and certifications.
  • Assisting with the development and population of data into the Coassemble application for training and tracking.

  • Providing assistance and navigational support to employees with unemployment, sick leave, family leave, medical/dental, 401k, and other benefits.
  • Assisting with the development of a new review process, discussing drawbacks and pitfalls with current processes, and reinventing the process.
  • Assisting individuals with goal setting and tracking, including monthly check-ins and direction as needed via Zoom or in-person.
  • Improving current employee recognition and incentive programs related to performance and safety.
  • Developing leadership development training and programs for new Construction Foreman or Service Leads.
  • Maintaining a current and complete understanding of Federal and State employment laws and ensuring compliance through programs, training, policies, and investigations as needed.
Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant Employee Success experience in employee relations and organizational development.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to effectively connect, build, and maintain strong relationships and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing conditions and situations.
  • Construction industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Proactive, "roll up your sleeves" work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently, research, develop, adapt, and implement processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.
