**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Server at wqliving. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents and guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Serve residents and guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner

• Follow all sanitary guidelines throughout the food service cycle

• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining room and table settings

• Serve guests according to established procedures

• Clear tables at the end of each meal

• Prepare the dining room for the next meal

• Assist in serving snacks and beverages

• Assist in the kitchen with salad and/or dessert plating as requested

• Report any incidents to the Food Service Director

• Attend and participate in committees, training programs, and staff meetings

• Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

• Must have criminal record clearance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Preferred Qualifications**

• 1 year of experience as a food server in a restaurant or similar setting

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
