Staff Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer to join our team in New Product Development. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new products and processes to improve our manufacturing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop new equipment, controls, and machine components to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new product development opportunities.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
