Job Summary

As a Logistics Processor at Nordstrom, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockrooms and fulfillment processes. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for receiving, unloading, and delivering merchandise to selling departments, as well as fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise shipments
  • Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and ship customer orders in accordance with quality, packing, and shipping standards
  • Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and selling floor environment
  • Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events and organizing backroom areas
Requirements

  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to use a variety of technology and computer applications
  • Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules based on business needs
