Position Overview:

We are seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to focus on post-operative orthopedic and trauma care. Key responsibilities include:

1. Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of orthopedic and trauma-related conditions.
2. Crafting and executing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and objectives.
3. Employing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities to ensure effective patient care.
4. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to patient treatment.
5. Engaging in continuous professional development to remain current with advancements in orthopedic and trauma rehabilitation.
6. Educating patients, families, and caregivers on injury prevention and health promotion.
7. Documenting patient progress meticulously and modifying treatment plans as required.
8. Adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

1. A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. A valid and current license to practice Physical Therapy.
3. A minimum of one year of experience in the field of Physical Therapy is preferred.
