Springboro, Ohio, United States CVS Health Full time

At CVS Health, we're committed to delivering enhanced human-centric healthcare that's tailored to the unique needs of our patients. As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving this mission forward by leading and directing your pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient care.

As the head of your pharmacy operation, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of your store, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management. You'll also be expected to keep your customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. You'll also need to motivate, inspire, and develop your team by balancing assignments that maximize their strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.

You'll identify critical business opportunities and meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy. To achieve this, you'll need to successfully implement those solutions by leading your team to achieve specified goals.

We anticipate that you have an active pharmacy license in the state where you're employed, are not on the DEA Excluded Parties List, and hold immunization certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA). You'll also be listed on the pharmacy state license as the 'pharmacist in charge' and possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

The typical pay range for this role is $65,000 - $81,000 per year. In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as 401(k) retirement savings plan and employee stock purchase plan options.

We're committed to recruiting, hiring, developing, advancing, and retaining individuals with disabilities. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and leading a high-performing team, we encourage you to apply.
