Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team in Fallon, Nevada. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to patients with various medical conditions. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with various medical conditions
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements
- Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice
- BLS certification required
- Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice
- Experience in Ambulatory Care setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
