Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure quality care is delivered.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care.
