**Job Summary**

As a Water Mitigation Lead Technician at Paul Davis Restoration, you will be responsible for responding to and completing mitigation activities to ensure maximum operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include establishing and recording the scope of work to be accomplished, coordinating work on Emergency Water Services, and providing project documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to and complete mitigation activities to ensure maximum operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
* Establish and record the scope of work to be accomplished
* Coordinate work on Emergency Water Services, including extraction, developing drying plans, and providing project documentation
* Coordinate work on Emergency Fire/Smoke Services
* Coordinate work on Mold Remediation
