About the Job

A Miracle Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene and care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and respiration.
  • Assist with mobility, including transfers and ambulation.
  • Provide elimination/toileting/incontinent care, including changing bed linens and washing floors.
  • Assist with nutrition and meal preparation, including shopping and cooking.
  • Perform house cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming.
  • Assist with laundry, including ironing.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and ensure a safe return home.
  • Provide reality orientation and sensory stimulation.
  • Practice standard precaution/infection control to prevent cross-contamination.
Qualifications
  • Preferably meet one of the required training criteria.
  • Pass BCII/FBI background checks and database checks.
  • Valid Driver's License with possession of your own vehicle.
  • Able to understand written task sheets, execute instructions, and document services delivered.
  • A compassionate attitude toward the care of the sick and mature.
  • The ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
  • Able to communicate with clients/families and emergency service systems personnel.
