Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to lead our residential restoration projects in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing renovation projects, controlling budgets, and communicating with clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for meeting operational objectives, tracking metrics, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage renovation projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Meet operational objectives, including sales, gross margin, and brand experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong background in construction project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
