We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Privia Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the functioning, billing, and relationships with all of our benefits and benefit carriers. This role will also involve carrying out responsibilities in the functional areas of employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, employment law compliance, and recruiting for the Privia Medical Group care centers.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Provides day-to-day support to legacy care centers for HR, policy, and benefit-related questions and promptly responds to stakeholder concerns.
- HRIS and Data Management: Maintains HRIS and data records for accuracy and compliance and compiles reports.
- Benefits Administration: Participates in benefits strategic planning, facilitates Open Enrollment meetings and office events for Gulf Coast Market.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Provides full cycle recruitment for openings at legacy care centers and manages onboarding and termination procedures for legacy care centers.
- Wellness and Health Fairs: Coordinates all Health Fairs and Wellness programs for Houston office and legacy care centers.
- Benefit Administration: Manages benefit administration, broker partnerships, and open enrollment functions for multiple office locations across the market.
- Employee Support: Provides employee relations support for needs such as performance management and terminations; administers exit paperwork, out-processing, and exit interviewing.
- Partner-Centered Initiatives: Assists in Partner-centered initiatives to achieve employee engagement goals.
- Department Goals and Objectives: Participates in creating department goals and objectives.
- Vendor Liaison: Serve as a frontline liaison with vendors/suppliers.
- HR Plans and Procedures: Administers HR plans and procedures for all PMG GC legacy care centers.
- Best Practices and HR Services: Advise legacy care centers on best practices and provides full scope of HR services.
- Department Evaluation: Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals; recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of human resources experience preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Certifications: PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in a variety of computer software systems, specifically Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs/Word, and Google Slides.
- Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail in composing/proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with strong English grammar and business writing skills.
- Project Management: Project management experience.
- Compliance: Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 in base pay. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units based on performance in the role. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
