Responsibilities

  • Lead project-based teams to deliver business solutions
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional processes or solutions
  • Develop and maintain system guidelines to support solutions for customers
  • Conduct system reviews and produce reports reflecting efficiencies and deficiencies
  • Act as liaison between the Product Manager and team engineers
  • Manage workflow for team engineers
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred
  • 2-4 years experience in IT with knowledge or background in lending processes and/or solutions required
  • Proficient experience with DecisionLender and/or Encompass loan origination products required

Work Schedule

Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. This position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes.
