Transport 21 Inc is seeking a skilled Trailer Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing and repairing non-power equipment, including air brake systems and electrical systems.

• Meet Department of Transportation (D.O.T) requirements
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing ladders and stairs, standing, walking, and turning/pivoting frequently throughout the workday
• Report to work on a regular and timely basis and complete the scheduled workday on a consistent basis
• Lift, lower, push, pull, leverage, and manipulate equipment and/or packages weighing up to 70 pounds
• Operate standard/manual transmission and power, pneumatic tools
• Work in an environment with variable temperatures and humidity, exposure to cleaning materials, petroleum products, dust, dirt, and noise, outside inclement weather
• Work cooperatively in a diverse work environment
• Have a sufficient ability to communicate, through sight, hearing, and/or otherwise, to perform assigned tasks and maintain proper job safety conditions
