- Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, identifying and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
- Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers about service needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
- Certifications: EPA Card certification.
- Skills: Proficiency in sales and customer service, and the ability to work with people.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to be professional and on time, pass a background check and drug screening, and possess a valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record.
- Competitive Pay: $55, $120,000.00/year.
- Performance-Based Incentives: Performance-based pay or bonus of up to $50,000.00.
