Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of clinical services, ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices, and fostering a culture of customer service and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the implementation and delivery of clinical and case management services, ensuring integration of clinical services within designated sites, services, and modalities.
  • Ensure that treatment services are delivered in accordance with evidence-based practices and Spectrum's clinical design.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical services, improve customer satisfaction, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure they are highly trained and proficient in the delivery of clinical services.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor or Mental Health Counselor or closely related license in the fields of addiction or mental health required.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in counseling preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary, culturally diverse setting with clients, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
