As a Chaplain, you will provide spiritual guidance and support to our Soldiers, their families, and Department of Defense civilians. You will also advise commanders and provide pastoral care to the Army community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide spiritual guidance and support to Soldiers, their families, and Department of Defense civilians
  • Advise commanders on matters related to morale, welfare, and recreation
  • Provide pastoral care to the Army community
  • Develop and implement programs to promote spiritual growth and well-being
  • Collaborate with other chaplains and religious support specialists to provide comprehensive spiritual support
Requirements
  • Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps
  • Ecclesiastical endorsement from a DoD-recognized faith group
  • Graduate theological degree from an accredited seminary
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-seminary experience
  • U.S. citizenship
