Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to patients under the direction of a lead worker, including training, treatment, support, and leisure activities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and self-management of their illness, behavior, and emotions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support services.
- Conduct functional analyses of patient behaviors and develop intervention strategies to address behavioral excesses and deficiencies.
- Provide medical monitoring and support to patients with complex medical needs.
- Meet the qualifications of the Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker section 245I.04, subdivision 14.
- Possess or be eligible for licensure in Minnesota as a Practical Nurse.
- Experience working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
