This position operates primarily during the day shift and may require additional hours on weekends.

Key Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician Role:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience in an industrial environment
  • Familiarity with equipment design, electrical diagrams, and mechanical schematics
  • Valid forklift certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication

Primary Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment
  • Assist in production line leadership as needed

  • Ensure the safe operation of all equipment and manage spare parts inventory
  • Develop and implement a cost-effective preventative maintenance strategy
  • Safely operate forklifts and hand jacks
  • Supervise external contractors and installation projects
