Daily Responsibilities
Insight Global is a prominent staffing and consulting organization, collaborating with various sectors. We are currently in search of a Senior Project Engineer to join our team for a significant opportunity with a major transportation client. In this role, you will be crucial in the effective implementation of our client's Heavy Maintenance Facility Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Project Manager to outline project scope, objectives, and feasibility.
- Formulate budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans for proposed initiatives.
- Draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and oversee consultant agreements.
- Coordinate design concepts and evaluations with Operations departments.
- Act as the Authority's representative in engagements with special interest groups, local communities, and government representatives.
- Support the Project Manager during procurement and construction phases.
- Oversee project resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Supervise and assess the work of a small team of engineers and construction inspectors.
- Make autonomous decisions regarding engineering challenges and construction techniques.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security regulations and protocols.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $112,000. The precise compensation may vary based on various factors, including skills, experience, and educational background.
Benefit packages for this position will commence on the 31st day of employment and will include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as mandated by applicable law.
