Job Summary

As a Leasing Specialist, you'll be responsible for generating interest in the community by effectively answering questions, conducting tours, and executing sales closing techniques. You'll also provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, engage current residents through ongoing programs and events, and maintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditions.

Your Impact and Job Responsibilities

• Generate interest in the community by effectively answering questions, conducting tours, and executing sales closing techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Engage current residents through ongoing programs and events designed to increase satisfaction and minimize turnover.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditions, and assist in developing marketing plans that incorporate advertising, internet, outreach marketing, and referrals to increase visibility of the community.

What You'll Bring - Desired Skills and Experience

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience is a plus.
