  • Document care based on standards and clinical priorities, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records.
  • Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support the adoption of innovations in care delivery.
  • Deliver patient-centered care aligned with professional nursing practice models, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
