Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Hireclout is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improvement through the analysis and implementation of business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex business system issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new or improved systems.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of business processes, user requirements, and system specifications.
  • Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide exceptional communication and liaison services between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and vendors.
  • Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Manage and report on testing progress to the project team.
  • Support the implementation of new systems or enhancements by coordinating with various teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations, staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with proposed solutions, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related issues and inquiries, and collaborating with IT and vendor teams for timely problem resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, Voice/Data Communications, Public/Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business or systems analysis, requirements gathering, operational or system documentation development, and/or process reengineering.
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of industry standard practices and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
  • Expertise in principles and techniques of software and user experience design.
  • Familiarity with business process analysis methods, techniques, and tools.
  • Experience with process improvement and efficiency methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of principles and techniques of program design, application testing, documentation and implementation including quality assurance, conversion, data reconciliation, and user training.
  • Proficiency in principles and techniques of quality assurance and user acceptance test planning, test execution, and test execution tracking and management.
  • Understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of software development and workflow modeling tools, languages, and report generators.
  • Proficiency in standard business software including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, graphics, project management, and database programs.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and alignment skills.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices to minimize business disruption.
