UCHealth is seeking a skilled RN PICC/Vascular Access Associate Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to enhance patient safety and optimize quality patient outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and evaluating standards of care for the unit and patient population. You will also participate in providing and monitoring staff competencies, actively coaching and developing staff, and collaborating with the CNS/Educator to meet the educational needs of the unit. Additionally, you will assist with managing the provision of adequate resources, including the equitable distribution of work and matching of assigned provider competency to patient needs. Requirements include a Registered Nurse degree and a Bachelor's in Nursing.
