Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Conduct focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members to identify potential nursing diagnoses.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior RN experience preferred.
