Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at First American Bank. As a key member of our Retail Banking Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

• Sales and Service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to promote First American Bank's retail banking products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Customer Service
  • Provide high-level customer experiences by assessing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize tools and resources to analyze customer data and provide personalized recommendations for products and services.
  • Manage customer pipelines to capture conversations and opportunities for prospective and current customers.
• Operations and Risk Management
  • Perform daily banking tasks, including opening, maintaining, and closing deposit accounts.
  • Analyze and identify risks while conducting customer transactions.
  • Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with internal bank policies and procedures.

• Education and Experience
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • College degree in business or related field a plus.
• Skills and Abilities
  • Minimum one year of personal banking, customer service, or sales experience required.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and proficient in working with US currency.
  • Proven track record of sales experience preferred.
