Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for welcoming guests, ensuring a seamless visitor experience by logging arrivals and guiding them to their destinations.
  • Implement security protocols, including issuing identification badges and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Support the upkeep of office and breakroom cleanliness, as well as manage the ordering of necessary supplies.
  • Assist colleagues with travel inquiries, employee purchases, and distribution of company apparel.
  • Process expense reports for both management and staff members efficiently.
  • Adhere to record retention policies by scanning and storing non-sensitive employee documents.
  • Maintain communication boards and operational content as directed by management.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage deliveries, ensuring proper receipt and notification of relevant employees.
  • Contribute to facility safety by reporting any unusual activities to security personnel.
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to both visitors and staff.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, meeting established quality standards.
