Anthropologie Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Merchandiser to join our team at Anthropologie. As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in driving sales through product merchandising, styling, and display support to create a compelling visual environment for our customers.

• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences that are engaging and personalized, yet efficient; drive sales through elevated styling and outfitting recommendations.
• Teamwork + Communication: Promote an inclusive environment by representing and amplifying all voices, actively seeking and advocating different perspectives; facilitate the sharing of new product, current trends, key investments, and visual priorities through daily meetings with the team.
• Visual + Business Operations: Support in execution of merchandising direction to meet company expectations, budgets, and timeline; assess store business using company reporting tools to identify merchandising opportunities for the store.

• Anthropologie Brand Fan: We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Anthropologie brand and values our unique aesthetic.
• 1+ Years Retail Merchandising Experience: You should have a proven track record of success in retail merchandising, with a focus on visual presentation and customer experience.
• Team Player: You should be able to work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Pay Range: Starting from USD $24.00/Hr.
