Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Partner Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's global partner strategy. This includes overseeing end-to-end partnerships, building the Actimize offering to partners, marketing/GTM approach, and general thought leadership.
The role requires three key components:
- Business Partner Program: Develop and manage the Business Partner Program globally. Work across functional teams such as marketing, product, professional services, and sales to identify, recruit, and enable partners to support the go-to-market plan.
- Reseller & Implementation Partners: Align with regional sales and indirect sales of NICE Actimize solutions through local reseller partners in various regions. Strategize, plan, and execute joint marketing campaigns with global and local reseller partners. Identify and structure proposals for recruiting solution resellers.
- Strategic Alliances: Manage alliances with select global partners. Build innovative new partnering models.
To succeed in this role, you will need 12-15+ years of Partner Sales experience from companies. You must have demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and selling technology solutions through partners/SI alliances for at least five years on a global level. You should also have experience working with senior leaders, establishing credibility, and building trust.
