Baker

Crumbl Cookies is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

• Read and understand recipes to create delicious cookies
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, and heat sources
• Decorate and display finished products to enhance presentation
• Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality standards
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations
• Keep records of deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Clean and restock workstations and sanitize equipment

• 16 years or older to apply
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Basic math and computer skills
• Previous food experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Excellent communication skills
