We are seeking an experienced Apparel Sales Specialist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for selling apparel products and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.

Compensation: The hourly wage range for this position is $15.00 to $28.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Responsibilities:

  • Review customer orders, locate and select merchandise on the salesfloor to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
  • Develop strong product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers
