Dishroom Assistant

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at ClubCorp. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen, preparing food items, and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and organization.

Main Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, and emptying trash and recycling bins
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and portioning ingredients
• Work effectively with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or as a busser/porter/cleaner
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
