Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager Trainee to join our team at AutoZone. As a Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, including retail/commercial management, supervision, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in maintaining an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership and initiative.
  • Financial Management: Manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Employee Development: Supervise and train employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: 1-2 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including morning, night, and weekend shifts, and to work overtime as needed.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual preferred, but not required.
  • Automotive Experience: Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required.
  • Financial Analysis: Previous experience analyzing company financials, including Profit and Loss Statements, preferred but not required.
