FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a highly skilled Jr. Accountant to join our team. As a Jr. Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring prompt payment and accurate invoicing.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval of critical information.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- 1+ year of relevant accounting experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software strongly preferred.
- Bilingual in Mandarin preferred.
