Specialty Mixologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Mixologist to join our team at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. As a key member of our bar crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Utilize your expertise to craft and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails, draft beer, and other specialty drinks.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and safe for guests and staff.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Engage with guests, respond to their needs, and provide a positive experience.
• Work Collaboratively with the Team: Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a high level of quality.
• Meet Operational Standards: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective service.

• Experience in a High-Volume Environment: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Beverages and Mixology: Expertise in crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, including craft cocktails and draft beer.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move with caution in a dimly lit environment.
