Job Overview

Big Dave's Cheesesteaks is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our Oviedo location. As a key member of our senior team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and guiding our staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor sales and operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures, fostering a strong team atmosphere
  • Develop and implement plans to increase customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Analyze financial data to make informed business decisions and drive organizational growth
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new employees in accordance with HR regulations and procedures
Requirements
  • At least five years of management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of leading teams to peak performance
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and customers
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving aptitude
  • Experience in budgeting and finance
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
