Position Overview

Carolina Animal Specialty & Emergency Hospital is in search of a dedicated Client Service Representative to enhance our thriving specialty and emergency practice. Our facility is a multi-disciplinary establishment featuring experts in internal medicine, surgical procedures, and round-the-clock emergency care. Our team is bolstered by skilled and compassionate technicians, assistants, and client service representatives.

Work Schedule: Daytime hours, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all clients and their pets with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling for specialty services.
  • Address client needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and manage messages effectively.
  • Confirm and update client account details.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Deliver outstanding client service consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in the veterinary field is preferred.
  • Background in client service within the human healthcare sector will also be considered.
  • Capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
