Job Overview

Position: Food Service Production Associate

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Position Summary:

The Food Service Production Associate plays a vital role in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food items, ensuring compliance with food safety, handling, and sanitation protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and package fresh food items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment to meet sanitation and safety standards.
  • Understand and adhere to health, safety, and food policy standards.
  • Follow operational details, including all food and service standards as outlined in company policies.
  • Practice sanitary methods for food handling and maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Exhibit professional behavior at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in food service is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to squat, bend, stoop, push, and reach as needed.
  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
