Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Compliance Expert to join our Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU). The successful candidate will have at least four years of full-time criminal investigative experience as a licensed peace officer or comparable federal law enforcement officer with TCOLE certification.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office products, criminal investigative principles, and healthcare fraud investigation training needs.
- Responsibilities include conducting complex investigations, planning undercover operations, executing court orders, and gathering evidence.
- You will also establish liaison with outside agencies and associations to enhance the mission of MFCU.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law enforcement or criminology, is preferred.
- TCOLE certification and a valid Texas driver's license are required.
- Experience working with state and federal prosecutors in criminal matters is a plus.
