We are seeking a highly skilled Perioperative Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health's Livingston/Brighton Surgical Services. As a Recovery Room Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a BSN degree and be certified as an RN in the state of Michigan. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care plans for patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your expertise will include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing evidence-based interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide holistic patient care that considers physical, psychosocial, emotional, age-specific, cultural, and spiritual factors.Develop and implement individualized plans of care using evidenced-based practices and standards of care.Communicate effectively with colleagues, other disciplines, and patients to ensure seamless care transitions.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
