Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Proctor to join our team at Lone Star College. As a Proctor, you will be responsible for administering exams and ensuring the security of testing materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer exams and monitor students throughout the duration of the exams
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and faculty, including welcoming students, providing testing instructions, and assisting with inquiries
  • Receive and log incoming tests from instructors, and ensure timely delivery of test results
  • Maintain the security and integrity of testing materials
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and troubleshooting technical issues
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a testing or assessment environment
  • Knowledge of exam security protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
