About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and issue resolution
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
