Your Responsibilities:

  • Foster a customer-centric culture by leading impactful visual presentations in-store
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of trend messaging and seasonal fashion narratives
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure effective workload management
  • Maintain and enhance mannequin and visual displays that reflect the Macy's brand

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective problem-solving
  • Ensure accuracy in promotional displays and adherence to merchandising standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
  • Engage in sales and support tasks alongside visual responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with store partners and regional visual leaders
  • Communicate with leadership to reassess priorities and improve customer experiences
  • Educate colleagues on visual merchandising principles

  • Capability to reach, crouch, kneel, and climb ladders
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
