Job Title: Recovery Coach

We are seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to join our team at Monte Nido Rain Rock, a residential treatment program in Springfield, OR.

About the Role:

As a Recovery Coach, you will play a key role in supporting clients through their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and intervention consistent with the client's treatment plan
  • Engaging clients in developing healthy connections with others in the milieu and the team
  • Assisting with food preparation and setup, modeling and supervising client meals and snacks
  • Conducting rounds and providing observations
  • Occasionally driving clients off-site for appointments and activities
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years post-high school education; a Bachelor's in Psychology is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting (required in some states)
  • A valid state-issued Driver's License with a safe driving history
