Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and professional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and committed to enhancing the communication skills and overall academic success of students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid California State SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
