Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Med Surg Registered Nurse for a local contract nursing job in a reputable healthcare facility.

As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will also supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

At TRA, we offer a preferred booking agreement for local contracts, guaranteed hours for travel contracts, and a contract security compared to working with an outside agency. Our clinicians are qualified to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of a travel or local assignment, and we may direct-hire you, reducing the time it takes to get you to work.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least one year of current experience in their nursing specialty in an Acute Care hospital setting. They must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse and meet all certification requirements for each nursing specialty supported.
