Personal Care Assistant

At Guthrie, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our elderly residents.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration for residents
- Make rounds, anticipate residents' needs, and respond to call bells in a timely manner
- Report any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Medication Administration Certification, CPR, and First Aid certification
- Ability to read, write, and understand written and oral communication
- Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting
